You are bidding on a Carl Zeiss Microscope Phototube to C-Mount Adapter. The Adapter uses a Standard ISO 30mm (1.18 inch) diameter insertion end to phototube and a standard C-Mount (2.54mm or 1 inch diameter with 32 threads  per inch) for camera attachment
The device is designed to insert to any Microscope which contains a 30mm photoport (upper end of picture) . The opposite  side (lower end of picture) contains a male C-mount for attaching an optical collecting devices such as a digital microscope camera.  This adapter can be used on the following  microscopes listed at the  bottom of this listing:
This is an exact picture of  what you are purchasing.  The part from top to bottom. A male C  -Mount , followed by the body, and lastly the  bottom  Trinocular port connector (30mm insertion diameter). The lower  connector also has a Female C- Mount inside it.

Fully assembled and attached to a  Canon EOS camera with 0.5x lens in center of adapter.  I also sell  this kit too.
