Shipping cost are based on weight of the packed item and are the amounts charged by USPS.  I ship from Florida and prices are based on zones therefore Priority and Parcel Select will cost more if you are further away. Please keep in mind Priority and Parcel Select increase by the pound, not by the parts of a pound.  First Class is only up to 13 oz.
