Excellent condition without chips or cracks. The sticker seal is till on the bottle, labeled U.S. Internal Revenue if Distilled Spirits with item number clearly legible. The top wing comes off to serve as the corked lid and seal of the bottle. The cork is partially intact but looks as if it was sliced off.
