Vintage Hand Carved 4 1/4" Antler Bird Call Or Dog Whistle

About 4 1/4" tall if you stand it on end, in Good to Very Good condition, of some vintage and I think probably older than most of us. "Dino" started to carve their name on top of the middle of the arch, I wonder why they didn't finish. Maybe the bear got them. Works fine and ideal for the purpose intended whatever that may be. Produces a shrill high pitched tone, you blow across the opening not into it. I saw on a nature program where alligators can be trained to come when called for meals so if you like it is an alligator whistle. Kind of cool and for the price I think it could add a lot to a hunting wall.
