Today we are excited to present for sale this gorgeous set of seven saucers and eight teacups from Aynsley China in their Hathaway 13698 pattern! With swirled edges, this pattern features small pink roses and decorative gilding on the edges. The Aynsley Bone China mark is stamped on the bottom, along with the hand-painted pattern number. Founded in 1775 in Staffordshire, England, the Aynsley China company has been a favorite of the British royal family for decades. This set presents beautifully, with minor wear and patina commensurate with age. Several teacups have slight discoloration, and one teacup has a very slight hairline fracture. No chips or cracks in any of the seven saucers, though two have discoloration. Add elegance to any luncheon or dinner table with this classic Ainsley set...Fresh to the market!
The teacups each measure 2 1/4" in height by 3 1/2" in width. The saucers measure 5 1/2" across.
