Double stitching on all seams, to prevent ripping after continued use (Most tents on the market use 190D seconds that have many visible flaws.) Nylon threading, instead of a cotton/poly based thread. We found that after many uses the less expensive cotton/poly blends developed dry rot in a quick time causing the product to have a shortened over all life span. A 210D thicker waterproof, leak proof, stain resistant floor. This fabric is made for that purpose. Most on the market use the same material for floors as they do the walls. You will have a worn-out floor in no time. Fan Opening: “roll up” 20×20 extraction fan opening in the rear. Our opening use’s Velcro to keep it closed that is installed completely around the opening insuring 100% closure. NO MORE BROKEN ZIPPERS!!! Steel Frame: We use a “Low Memory” spring steel that supports the room without sagging but is easier to coil back into the collapsed circle configuration for storage. Entry opening is 6 1/2 ft high and almost the complete width of the tent, 4ft to allow easy access for even the tallest clients. Overall tent size is 4x4x7 and less than 8lbs. (yes it weighs a bit more than others, quality fabrics make the difference) Our product has NO DOOR as we have found it is rarely used and only adds bulk and weight. Carry Bag: We have made our carry bags even bigger than ever. This allows for easier insertion and have also eliminated the zipper closure. The bag is large enough to also carry extra items like towels etc. We use Velcro straps for closure, again NO MORE BROKEN ZIPPERS!!! Our carry straps are a true shoulder length and triple stitched to prevent tearing from the bag itself. Instruction included showing different methods to collapse the tent. Online video demo’s available and are provided per request _________________________________________________________________________________________ Directions: When the tent is correctly folded, it collapses, into a series of flat rings, so it should never need to be 'forced'. Instructions are provided in each tent bag, but if you are missing yous we can also email a copy to you. DO NOT FORCE FOLD, Doing so will permanently damage the spring steel AND IS NOT COVERED UNDER REPLCEMENT SERVICE! IMPORTANT: Please allow a 6-7’ clearance around the bag when opening as it will spring open to its full height. The velcro rear portion (back) of the tent (20x 20”) is designed to accommodate an exhaust fan. OPENING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Open the convenient carrying bag, and remove tent. Exercise caution when opening the tent the first time as it will come out of the carrying case flat and then “Pop” itself up into the upright tent. 2. Once the tent is erected, pull the panels apart gently so that you are left with three walls and an opening for entrance. IMPORTANT: When you are through with your tanning session, wipe down the inside of the tent with either a baby wipe or a towel and water, or a gentle mild cleaner. Can also be hosed off outdoors. CLOSING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Collapse room by bringing opposite corners of the room together to form a double flat panel. Fold the double panels in half to form a single flat panel. 2. Place the “Top” of the room against a wall, corner or any thing that is stationary. 3. Grab the bottom of the room on each corner with both hands and walk/ push against the wall to form a “U” like you are trying to fold the room in half. As you do this the “Bottom” will curve in also forming a “U” shape. 4. Bring your right hand inside towards the left side slightly rotating your right hand inwards and the unit will start to form a circle within the left side. Push down towards the floor and the room will collapse into the original circle. 6. When this is done correctly, the room will collapse easily and fold to the proper size to fit into the carrying bag. DO NOT FORCE THE FOLD. THE FOLDING TECHNIQUE WILL TAKE A LITTLE PRACTICE, BUT IT WILL FOLD BACK DOWN TO ITS ORIGINAL CIRCULAR SHAPE.
