    This is a T adapter that is made for many spotting scopes so that you can mount a camera on the back of them for high power photography with them.  If your spotting scope has a 42mm thread near the back where the eyepiece is, called a T thread, this is the first item you need to mount a camera to that spotting scope.  Also you will need a T adapter for your brand of camera which i sell in other auctions.  This adapter also serves as a Female T to Male T extension tube.  So if you already have a T thread you want to extend out further for more magnification, (the further you mount the camera from the eyepiece the more it magnifies), then you might want this adapter for that purpose.  This gives about a 2" extension to an T threaded adapter.  The price is a low fixed price with FREE USA shipping!
