For sale is a new Mondo LA S "Shorty" Duck Call from Rich-N-Tone (RNT) Calls.  This Single Reed Call is Custom Ordered Becote Wood!
The Mondo LA S, like all of the “S” Mondos, has a short barrel.  Same great hard angled toneboard as the original Mondo LA, that is cut down under the reed, but with a shorter barrel.  Due to that, this call is very responsive and will keep you honest.  Pure on the bottom like the others with a strong top end and mid range with that LA rattle in the chatter.
The LA comes from the hunting styles of Northern Louisiana and Southern or Lower Arkansas (LA) where they are known for truly "cutting the calls down".  Cutting the tone board back shorter with a steep angle on the front and the reed coming out over the top of the tone board.
The “S” stands for “Shorty”.

Similar to the popular Cut Down Key Hole style of duck calls
Produces hard, loud, raspy lick of a mallard hen as well as loud squeaky chatter
