Portugal Stamps Ceres with Imprint from 1912-1931 Lot 13

149 stamps in this lot.
Stamp Scott # 297(high value stamp) has either paper residue on front or thins?....it looks like paper residue but I gave up figuring it out.
Some stamps have a hard type of paper compared to others...varieties?
1 stamp has a perfin.
2 stamps have a "2" on back.
139 stamps used or no gum unused.
10 stamps unused with gum previously hinged.
