    Working Condition:
    The DF900 is in good working condition and we have tested it extensively.
    This paper folder has a few new parts that we ordered from the manufacturer and installed ourselves.  We replaced the main roller separator with a new one because the old roller wouldn't feed paper.  We also replaced one of the feeder tray mounts because the old one was bent and wouldn't support the feed tray properly.
    This folder has the optional conveyor stacker installed.
    We ran a short job in order to take some photos of the machine working.  You can see the folded papers lined up on the conveyor.
    Cosmetic Condition:
    The DF900 is in fair overall condition.
    To begin with the DF900 has some cosmetic wear, scuffs, and scratches.  The plastic panels have yellowed and discolored a bit with age, and the machine has clearly seen plenty of use.  The main body is also a bit dirty, and the conveyor stacker has some tape on it we have not removed.
    We have only partially cleaned the DF900 so there's still a fair amount of surface dust on the unit and trays, and in lots of corners and edges of the machine.  It's not really dirty, but it was in storage for some time uncovered and we only wiped down most of the main spots.
