Removed in good working condition! The oil was drained and it was clean with no metal or water present, shifts smooth, shafts are straight! The cavitation plate is straight... someone did a bad job of replacing the sceg and it is very ugly (not performance affecting) This lower unit was also pressure tested! It has some major scuffs and scratches from being poorly handled (as pictured) but nothing that is performance affecting! This lower unit is not pretty, but is 100% functional! This lower unit needs a water pump impeller and new gear lube before installing. 90 DAY WARRANTY!!
