The package cleared EU Customs and the shipping company made three delivery attempts. However, according to the buyer Spain is/was requiring shipping companies to call before making a delivery. The customer supplied me with a phone number but I had no way to get it to the shipper. Since Ebay hired the shipper, I do not even know who it is so I have no one to contact. This customer was shipping care of (c/o) another person which complicated matters further. As of this moment we have no idea where the item is and it may have been discarded by the shipper.
If you are an international buyer please be aware of problems in the international commerce system at this time. When your item leaves the US I have no influence or control on it. I will make no refunds or adjustments for items damaged or missing after they are shipped. That is between you and the shipping company. And please provide ebay with a valid address.
