All items come from our personal family collection, not from estate or garage sales or thrift stores.  All are from a pet-friendly, smoke-free home.
We reuse packing materials whenever possible, using bubble wrap, peanuts, tissue, plastic bags, newspaper, boxes, or any other clean item that can be used to protect your item from damage as well as keeping the cost of shipping down.
We will combine shipping for multiple purchases when possible.  Shipping is based on weight, including the weight of any packaging. For larger or heavier items, it may not be possible to combine shipping and still ensure the items are packed safely.  Please contact us so that we can weigh all items and packaging to get the best combined rate. We will send you an invoice for combined shipping when you have completed your shopping.
Payment is required within 3 days of purchase.  We will send a reminder invoice after 5 days.  If payment is not received in 7 days an unpaid item case will be opened.  If you need longer to pay, please let us know.
All sales are final and returns are not accepted unless we have grossly misrepresented an item.  We are not experts but do try to describe items as fully as possible to the best of our ability.  While we do try to examine all items carefully, We are human and may miss something.
Please examine the photos carefully and request additional photos or information if you have questions prior to purchase.  If a return is necessary, the item must be returned in the condition received.  No partial refunds will be issued.
For International customers, we use the Global Shipping Program only.  We do not calculate shipping nor are we responsible for shipping charges or services of this program. We cannot combine shipping for international customers.
Local pickup is accepted.  We utilize our local Police Department Safe Pick Up zone only.  Please contact us prior to purchase for arrangements.
