Lot of (9) Hess Truck Promotional Collector Plastic Bags - Various 1996-2006 -
This is a lot of (9) Hess Trucks promotional collector's plastic bags, which range from a variety of years between 1996 and 2006. Each one is associated with the Hess Truck that was released that year, as shown on the front. The back of each bag includes just a Hess logo in the earlier years, and the later ones include a "Hess Express" and website advertising. The bags include (and are shown individually in photos):

Overall these bags are in nice shape. There does appear to be some wrinkles and fold wear, as they have been folded and stored away for a number of years. A couple may show some slight spots of discoloration.
