    TennisRacquets.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from your purchase date to return your new item. Returned items in new condition will receive a full refund, less any shipping costs. Refunds can take up to 7 business to be completed.

This means that items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, tears, scuffs or smells (i.e. smoke or pet hair).
