Manufacturing Defect Warranty
:
We offer 30-day manufacturing defect warranty where we cover the cost of repairs and return shipping charges. The Manufacturer Warranty covers from the date of receipt, any manufacturing defect that cause the airsoft product not to work properly. It does not cover misuse, abuse, mishandling, disassembly, cosmetic imperfection. It also does not cover lack of compliance with instructions from user’s manual, usage of low-grade bb’s or reused bb’s, or failure to provide proper maintenance.
Refund
:
Returns of most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery may qualify for a full refund.
In order to receive full refund, the product must be returned in resalable condition, with all the original packaging, accessories, and tools.
Returns that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to seller’s error will qualify for up to 50% of the item’s price.
Returning product for reasons not due to seller’s error may result in 15% restocking fee.
Replacement:
If the product meets the criteria of manufacturing defect, we also offer the option of replacement. Replacement item will be shipped out when we receive the original package.
Undeliverable Address
:
Buyers are always required to provide a correct, safe and deliverable shipping address when making purchase. Legitimate orders that are returned to sender as “undeliverable” or refused delivery by recipient will be charged 15%-30% restocking fee.
