RETURN POLICY
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for exchange or Sales Return Authorization (SRA) number for refund.
Return for refund
: we ONLY accept returns within 30 days from the date that the item was delivered according to tracking number. There will be 20% restocking fee. Shipping postage is not refundable. If the returned parcel is not packaged well and gets damaged after inspection, refund will NOT be applied.
DOA (dead on arrival) or defective item within warranty period.
We will NOT reimburse the postage for shipping it back to us for exchange or refund.
