Description
From an estate in the heart of Amish and Pennsylvania Dutch Country inLancaster County
Pictures just don't do this
stunning color justice!
It's a beautiful bright aqua blue with white roses and gold accents
around it's scalloped rim, handle and saucer.
When viewed from above, you see it has a square shape with rounded corners.
Sadly, there is a chip in the footed base of this beautiful cup and
a small scratch in the center of the saucer's white circle.
Please see the last two photographs where I have circled these imperfections.
If you choose to acquire this this lovely cup and use it, you will not see the chip
if you are right-handed :)
If you wanted to add it to a collection for display only, these flaws would
not be visible
if the cup is seated in the saucer
with its handle turned to the right.
There is a number on the bottom that looks like 2821 -- which I believe is the
pattern number.
I have seen it selling for more than four times the auction price in this listing.
The cup is 2 and 3/4 inches high and 3 inches across the narrowest part of the top.
The saucer is 5 1/2 inches across.
Will ship the next business day after receipt of payment from a
smoke-free and pet-free home
in Lancaster County Pennsylvania
via USPS Priority Mail.
A little info on recent work of the American Red Cross:
Last year, more than 70,000 people across the country became new Red Cross volunteers largely to support urgent disaster and essential blood donation needs.
In addition, thousands of pandemic survivors — many new to blood donation — rolled up a sleeve to give convalescent plasma and help patients battling the pandemic.
In areas experiencing heat waves, the American Red Cross is working with local officials to open and support shelters and cooling centers for people affected by the record-breaking high temperatures.
Whatever disaster comes our way -- natural or otherwise -- the American Red Cross is always there.
I am grateful that so many volunteers have the energy to do this very vital work.
For this reason, a portion of my eBay sales are donated to this organization.
Thank you for considering my listing :)
