    Description

    Up for sale is a bone china teacup made by Aynsley in England known as "The Cup of Knowledge".  The fortune telling cup was used to make predictions based on how the tea leaves fell against the playing cards featured on the inside of the cup (tasseography).  The outside of the cup features pink and yellow flowers with a tan band.
    The footed cup stands 2 inches tall and is 4 inches wide.
    CONDITION:  There is a crack on the side which can be seen on both the inside and outside of the cup - please review the photos carefully as they form part of the description.  There is minor gilt loss and some fading of the playing cards.
