Aynsley England Durham Maroon 8 Cream Soup Bowls w/ Saucers - Smooth Bone China
This is set of 8 cream soup bowls with matching saucers made by Aynsley in England.  The pattern is Durham and it features a maroon border with gold rings and intricate gold swag at the rim on a bright white border.  The bowl measures 4 3/4" across or 7" from handle to handle.  The saucers are 6 1/4" across.  All are bone china.
Set is in very lightly used condition with no chips, nicks or cracks. There are a few light scratches from normal use on some of the saucers. The gold trim at the handles is starting to show some wear on the bowls. The gold at the top rim is barely worn on one, but mostly worn away on the other 7.
