There are many hundreds of patterns so I could not determine the names for all 5 sets.
The set in the center is Rosedale #158 on the cup and #13698 on the saucer
The 2nd set top left: #1517 on the cup and #1815 on the saucer.
The 3rd set bottom left: no number on the cup and #1675 on the saucer.
The 4th set bottom right: no number on the cup and #1551 on the saucer.
The 5th set top right: no numbers on the cup on the saucer.

The set in the center: the cup is 3 1/4" across the top, 2 5/8" high and 4 1/4" wide including the handle. The saucer is 5 1/2" in diameter.
The set top left: the cup is 3 7/8" across the top, 2 3/8" high and 4 3/4" wide including the handle. The saucer is 5 3/8" in diameter.
The set bottom left: the cup is 3 3/4" across the top, 2 1/8" high and 4 5/8" wide including the handle. The saucer is 5 1/2" in diameter.
The set top right: the cup is 3 3/8" across the top, 2 5/8" high and 4 1/4" wide including the handle. The saucer is 5 1/2" in diameter.
The set bottom right: the cup is 3 1/4" across the top, 2 5/8" high and 4 3/8" wide including the handle. The saucer is 5 1/2" in diameter.
