    Description

    Stunning antique Aynsley dessert set manufactured in the around the 1940s based on the backstamp.  Made in England.
    This cobalt blue border is decorated with an overlay of gilt decoration and laurel border.
    MEASUREMENTS ARE:
    6 plates measure 7" in diameter.
    1 bowl measures 5.5" x 2.5"
    6 cups measure 3.5" x 2"
    6 saucers measure 5.5" in diameter
    1 cake plate measures 8.5"
    1 creamer
    I believe the bowl is an open sugar, however, the creamer is smaller than the bowl.
    This set is gorgeous with striking colors.  I do not know the pattern and have only found two other pieces like this on research. One set has a medallion in the center but exact same rim decoration.
