Exceptions Include:
If it is damaged in shipping or is not-as-described.  Any issues involving this require immediate attention & contact (within 2-3 days) of the delivery date as well as pre-authorization and return instructions. Returns agreed upon must be received within 7 days from that date. We do stand behind every sale we make and every item we sell, so if a mistake is made, we will immediately resolve the issue, refund, return or replacement if possible, one way or the other.
