4.5V Power Distribution Board Accessory LED Light Hub train set village custom

here we have a black box with a dc input with center pin neg. outside is positive
the power adapter supplied with this is 4.5V 1Amp
there is 8 outputs that use a common small plug that you can purchase from a hobby shop or online
I have no idea what this was used for originaly but it can be used for a number of things
it could be used for led lights or strips or lego and train sets, model village, arts and crafts and fun building project
I opened one up to take a picture of the inside so you can understand a little more about it
it is clear that it looks like you can use a larger power supply and can swap the leads over inside (solder)
to change polarity
Box is 3.5 inches by 4.5 inchs and 1 inch tall
