There is a small JB tack weld on the end of the exhaust tube as shown in picture eight. It does not affect anything. The drive shaft has fourteen splines and measures approximately 21-1/2" from the top of the water pump housing. This is for 20" transoms. Has the fourteen spline propeller shaft. Fresh water use only. Good replacement lower unit. See pics.
