1968 Hess Truck Battery Cover

Description

This listing is for the battery cover of the 1968 Hess truck.  Originals are
very hard to find so I had a local plastic company make them.  They are made with white plastic that I then painted with a plastic compatible paint to match the color of most 68 covers.  Hess made these covers in
various shades of green for this year but most are a dark green. Some came with a pin hole on the bottom of each foot and others did not.  My repros have the pin hole.   I use Gorilla instant glue.  The cover and its attached  feet are reproductions.
